The company management were facing few major issues which includes failing to figure out real time production, milestones, analysis of the data for future planning, anticipations and predictions for raw material ordering. The earlier system which they maintained was manual method of entering data in a sheet but still it lacked the accuracy of data. It was becoming long, tedious & time consuming process for management .Vikrant was looking for something more convenient, quick and easier solution which can be at their finger tips.

It’s focused on management of the whole production & its registration process.PDMS is a complete online process where initially they had to fill only few details which include Shift details, Product coding detail & time when the shift started the manufacturing of the particular item. To make a smooth and efficient functioning the system is installed in tablet at the inspection of the line where the line managers has to select time, shift and product code before starting the job work. This system has resolved all the issues faced by management.
