The Website – Design and Planning

Interior design website templates are common among portfolio websites for interior designers. Though these websites do look good, they don’t look original, and often you will find the same design used by more than one company. Interior design website themes are good if they are unique. They represent the company and create a brand identity. UI/UX for interior design and architectural websites are often challenging. Companies expect their quality of design work to reflect on the websites. While it is possible to create a unique identity, visual content for design websites often lacks the life people put into real work forms like interior design and decoration. Features like client showcase pages for interior design and architecture are often bland without 3D visualization integration.

With Creative Design & Management, the challenges of integrating the latest technologies were considered, but due to various factors, including load time and limited access to resources and funds, the company wanted to start with a simple business website and move forward with technological features over time. The idea of integrating 3D models for architecture, AR/VR for project visualization, and virtual tours of architecture sites were considered for future website upgrades.

The new website was to feature the company, the founder, and the projects in a good light. High-resolution project galleries were to be the primary focus of the website.

For the design, Creative Design & Management required a bespoke website design, which was unique. The website was to have its own brand identity with branded colors and fonts. Animations were to be used as much as possible but without compromising on the speed and functionality of the website. The website was also required to be responsive.

The Technology, Coding, and Prototype

Megh Technologies started creating a design tailored for Creative Design & Management with all the details provided. We ensured that the business website was as animated as possible. The home page was distinct, with no information but links to all the other pages, and was fully animated. The home page, which was different from the intro page, displayed details about the company, founder, and the projects. The other pages of interest were the Publications, About Us, and Contact Us pages.

Megh Technologies created a site structure for the website, followed by a wireframe. The wireframe and site structure were approved by Creative Design & Management, after which the website prototype was created in Figma. Animations were added on each page where possible. Once the prototype was approved, the website was coded in HTML5, CSS3, and the Bootstrap framework.
