The Requirement

With more customers searching for products online, it has become important to have an online presence. As a company that exports products, Apex Healthcare had limited options but to create a website to showcase its achievements, products, and services. It is impossible to market offline in all the countries that Apex Healthcare serves. The best solution was to create a website that would be easily accessible in all countries.

The Home Page

The website was to showcase the key information people searched for on the home page, with subsequent details on subpages. The home page was to be focused on solutions, certifications, products, and the countries Apex Healthcare presently serves. A brief introduction of Apex Healthcare and its establishment was highlighted on the home page. A list of products, including both ingredients and intermediates, was provided, with more details available on the subpages. Certificates were prominently displayed on the home page. Certifications are important for interested audiences who are looking to import products from Apex. With existing certifications, the process of purchase is often faster. Apex wanted to leverage all the certifications provided by various countries.

Apex Healthcare Website Redesign

Clients were listed to establish trust. With over 20 years of experience, Apex had already worked with the best companies in the healthcare industry. Displaying their logos created a trust factor for visitors to the website.

The website design was intended to be clean, with minimal animation, utilizing space efficiently, and ensuring easy navigation.

Why Redesign: Technology Changes and Mobile Friendliness

The Apex Healthcare website had a great user interface but lacked in two aspects: the technology used was outdated, and the design, though functional, looked old compared to modern web design trends. Moreover, the previous website was not responsive and was not accessible on smaller devices.

Megh Technologies was the preferred partner for website design since the inception of Apex Healthcare Limited, and we were approached for a complete website redesign of Apex Healthcare in 2022. We were asked to recreate the entire website with the latest technology and make it responsive. We were also commissioned to ensure that the website was fast-loading and hosted on a Megh Technologies web server.

The Redesign Process

Megh Technologies understood the requirements of Apex Healthcare Limited. With the logo in place and decisions on the colors and fonts already made, Megh Technologies had to ensure that the brand identity was intact and preferably improved. We created a block-based design that was responsive, mobile-friendly, and fast to load. All images were optimized for mobile devices to ensure they were easy and fast to load. Animations were integrated using simple CSS, with minimal JavaScript only when required.

With a focus on speed and efficiency, we ensured that the website was light, with minimal code requirements. We used HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap to create the entire website.

The Results

The website was redesigned to meet the requirements of Apex Healthcare. The final results were approved and hosted on an AWS web server owned by Megh Technologies.

Possible Improvements for the Future

Megh Technologies proposed creating a multilingual website with at least 4-5 more languages. This is being considered by Apex Healthcare. Considering the company’s exposure to various countries, the chances of more users visiting the website increase with the addition of more languages.
