Sharnam Lifestyle is a luxury property in Vadodara. Located near Gayatri Mandir Parivar Char Rasta, Waghodia Road, opposite Sumandeep Hospital, Vadodara, Sharnam Lifestyle offers 3 and 4 Bedroom Hall Kitchen luxury bungalows for sale. The property features landscaped gardens, outdoor seating, children’s play area with sandpit, gazebo with covered seating, cricket pitch, swimming pool, party lawn, cafeteria, banquet hall, gym, indoor games room, and a theatre. The property includes 66 units of 3 different types. The luxury villa was featured as one of the most luxurious properties in Baroda.

Requirement Sharnam Lifestyle had a comprehensive marketing plan with print and media as the prime focus, followed by large billboards and banners throughout the city. The website was intended to complement the billboard and print media ads by providing additional information. Print media directed users to a phone number and a website that was to be designed. The website was to provide all information except the price and some crucial details, including the plot area. Since the plot area could be altered depending on the users’ needs and the price could vary, these two pieces of information were to be avoided on the website. Additionally, people were encouraged to call or email the property owners for more information, which could be converted into a meeting.

The website was to be clean, showcasing the project and its luxurious features. The design should complement the property. Being a luxurious villa, the clients would also expect to see a clean, easily navigable website. Information such as the floor plan should be available on the website, with the option to download it in PDF format. Importantly, the website should load quickly without compromising the quality of the images.

Since the website targets a high-value audience, it was also important that the site be responsive. This was crucial for Sharnam Lifestyle, as most customers used mobile phones to visit the website.

No SEO was required, but the website should appear on search engines when the brand name was searched. A lot of advertising was done through print media, and the name “Sharnam Lifestyle” was already prominent in the real estate circle.

With a clear goal set, Megh Technologies created a wireframe for the website. Most of the content was easily accessible on the home page itself. The focus was on the CTA to ensure conversions to leads, encouraging users to contact the sales team. The design included buttons for contacting via email through a contact form.

The wireframe was created, and a prototype was designed on Figma. Upon stakeholder satisfaction, the website was coded in HTML5 and CSS3 using the Bootstrap framework. Subtle animations were implemented to enhance user experience.

Key Design Features

Accordion Project Details Section: The accordion feature uses CSS3 and JavaScript to incorporate extensive content with minimal space usage. The home page’s horizontal accordion creates a distinct design feature and a unique user experience.

Contact Us Form on the Bottom of the Home Page: The contact form was incorporated at the bottom of the home page, with jump buttons throughout the page. This ensured that a new page didn’t need to load when users clicked the contact button. Faster load times and minimal waiting were expected to increase inquiries.

Hero Image with CTA: The hero image provided minimal details but encouraged users to contact the sales team for more information.

Downloadable Brochure: A downloadable brochure was provided for the property’s floor plan. The brochure was created in PDF format to ensure accessibility on all devices without distortion.

The Results: The design was approved and deployed on Megh Technologies’ cloud server. The website traffic was heavily dependent on print media and billboard advertisements. Visitor numbers peaked during the first few weeks and then stabilized according to Sharnam Lifestyle’s advertising schedule.

The client was impressed with the design and functionality of the website. The number of leads generated from the website alone surpassed direct inquiries from print and banner ads combined.

What We Learned from the Sharnam Lifestyle Project The Sharnam Lifestyle project was unique, with a minimal number of pages. The focus was on lead generation. We learned that even a single-page website could generate leads if marketed well. A good lead generation website should also incorporate CTA buttons and banners effectively to maximize lead conversion.
