Why CozClub Wanted a Website<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2009, when the company started, it was solely for the purpose of establishing a good connection between investors abroad and businesses in India. With the 2014 FDI push in India, CozClub<\/strong> recognized the opportunity and wanted to scale up. With the government push, things were about to get a lot easier for businesses to invest in India and for exporters from India to sell their products abroad. Seizing this opportunity quickly was important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CozClub<\/strong> had a domain name registered in 2009, which had a landing page but not a fully functional website. They required a website, content creation, and a complete strategy on how they were to showcase the company to prospects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Interview with Megh Technologies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Megh Technologies<\/strong> was interviewed with the requirement to assist in providing a solution to reach prospective businesses interested in the solutions provided by CozClub<\/strong>. We discussed the business, its activities, how CozClub<\/strong> helped businesses and entrepreneurs, and what the company’s USP was. We suggested a few solutions on how to implement the website to reach a maximum audience. The suggestions were appreciated and well received. The contract to design and deploy the website was commissioned to Megh Technologies<\/strong>. We agreed on a three-phase process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Analysis and Research<\/strong>: To analyze the existing audience, competition, and core expectations of CozClub<\/strong>. We interviewed the stakeholders in the company, analyzed the competition, and identified key points about the audience. We understood the problems faced by the audience and intended to provide a solution through the CozClub<\/strong> website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Wireframing and Prototype<\/strong>: Create a site structure, wireframe, and a working prototype of the website. The design should reflect the company’s mission and establish a brand in itself. The website would be built according to the requirements of the stakeholders, as discussed and agreed upon during the research and analysis phase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Deploy, Test, Adjust<\/strong>: The final phase would involve deploying the website and thoroughly testing it, first in-house and then on a live server. Based on user reviews and comments, the website’s design and content would be adjusted accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
